Hoods
JOAź has installed many dust collection systems with customized hoods that are both practical and effective. Our capture hoods are specially designed to your application so that the maximum amount of fugitive dust can be captured from the emission source while not influencing the process nor over-extracting valuable product. We utilize a source elimination approach which maximizes emissions control at the point of emission and minimizes excessive hood size and power requirements.

JOAź has installed over 150 new and retrofit dust collection systems worldwide with very positive results. Each system is designed based upon the specific application and customer goals for improvement. Our attention to detail enables us to design systems which perform better and last longer than traditionally designed systems. Several JOA systems have operated successfully for over 2-3 years without duct cleaning.
